You are to make a PowerPoint presentation about your internship experience; it will count as 25% of your internship final grade. You will be asked to make this presentation next school year.
Major Points
The presentation will cover these major points:
Describe the environment, the dress code, and the work ethic in the business where you worked in your internship.
Tell a little about the history or background of the business.
Describe your skills, talents, and duties used to fulfill your position satisfactorily.
Give three positive aspects of your summer internship experience. Give one to three aspects of your summer internship that could have been better.
You will use at least 10 slides to do this.
Title
Your presentation will begin with a title slide that contains your name, your intern company, your immediate supervisor, the words “Carencro High School AOIT Summer Internship Program”, and the words “Summer 2008”. The remainder of the slides should follow.
Consistent Look
There should be one common theme or one common background for all slides. There should be a common slide transition for all slides. Each line of text should be animated but should contain the same animation scheme.
What’s Important
Remember that what you have to say is waaaaayyyyy more important than all the Powerpoint bells and whistles. Concentrate on describing the points mentioned above.
