- Fall Frenzy - On November 10, 2007, AOIT, along with all other Schools of Choice in Lafayette Parish, participated in an informational expo for parents and students. All schools chose a movie theme; AOIT chose the Lord of the Rings. Thanks to AOIT English teacher Anna Marquardt for a wonderful job with the decorations, the AOIT parent organization for assistance with setup and takedown, and to the AOIT students and faculty for manning the booths and answering questions about the program.
