- The Carencro High AOIT hoisted a national ASPIRE conference on September 6-8, 2009 with attendance by other National Academy Foundation academies: Lancaster (NY) High School Academy of Finance; Apex (NC) High School Academy of Information Technology; Miami-Dade (FL) School District; Miami Beach (FL) Academy of Hospitality and Tourism; Southwest (FL) High School Academy of Finance; A.J. Moore (Waco, TX) Academy; San Diego (CA) High School of Business; RSD School Design, NO East; Reed (NO, LA) High School Academy of Information Technology. The theme was Community Engagement and Internships.
- A "Hello" video for the participants to the ASPIRE Design Studio, hosted by the Carencro AOIT program - September 8, 2009

- An Advisory Board meeting was held on Day 2. - Link
